Golden Milk is one of my favorite warm beverages! It is warming, nourishing, great for digestion, anti-inflammatory, and a gorgeous color. If you have fresh ginger or turmeric you can substitute those for the powdered spices used in this recipe.

Prep Time10 minsTotal Time10 mins

 1 tsp Turmeric
 ½ tsp Cinnamon
 ½ tsp Ginger
 ¼ tsp Cardamom
 1 pinch Salt
  tsp Ground Black Pepper
 3 Fresh Dates (Remove Pits)
 4 cups Vanilla Almond Milk
 2 tbsp Coconut Manna
¼ cup Walnuts, Cashews, Macadamia Nuts, or any other nuts you like (if you do not have a high speed blender leave out the nuts)

1

Add all of the ingredients into a high speed blender (ie. Vitamix, Ninja, etc.).

2

Blend on highest speed until perfectly smooth and creamy.

3

At this point you can enjoy at room temperature or pour into a pot on the stove and gently warm while stirring.

4

I like to add a little frothed almond milk on top.
Enjoy this warm and nourishing drink!
