Are you struggling with digestive issues, blood sugar, hormonal balance, fertility, and/or autoimmune issues? If so, this one on one package will help you to get to the roots of the issue(s) through diving deep into your diet, environment, lifestyle, genes, and more! Before the appointment even begins I will send you a comprehensive intake questionnaire and lifestyle journal to make sure during your first appointment we’re off to a running start.

Using a Functional and Integrative approach we’ll discuss how to optimize your wellness from the ground up.

During your first appointment we’ll discuss the intake questionnaire, your goals, and create a clear plan for the next 3 sessions which may include dietary and/or lifestyle modifications that help to:

  • Improve digestion with mindful and intuitive eating, optimize digestive enzymes, and/or balance the microbiome.
  • Reduce toxin exposure in your environment and personal care products.
  • Learn preparation and cooking techniques along with optional easy to follow recipes to nourish your body.
  • Reduce stress (cortisol), improve sleep, and reduce inflammation. 
  • Balance blood sugar, elimination of hormone metabolites, and environmental toxins to support healthy hormone balance.
  • Optimize fertility, support a healthy pregnancy, and nourish yourself and baby as part of your postpartum experience. 
  • Support perimenopause.
  • Support menopause.
  • Reduce symptoms of brain fog, improve cognition, and reduce fatigue. 
  • Balance and support a healthy immune system. 
  • Balance and support healthy thyroid function.
  • Mindfulness, meditation, and/or joyful movement.
  • Option to purchase a Muse or Heartmath device to support your progress.
  • Suggestions regarding potential Functional testing and/or supplements.

Four appointments via Zoom.

First  appointment 90 minutes, next 3 appointments 30-60 minutes each.

Appointments are spread over 12 weeks (week 1, 4, 8, 12).

A Nourishing Approach to the Elimination Plan Online Course

This online program is perfect for those who are experiencing symptoms such as diarrhea or constipation, fatigue, depression, anxiety, gas, bloating, abdominal pain, headache, muscle or joint pain, skin irritations or break outs, insomnia, sinus congestion or runny nose, itching, or flushing and feel that these symptoms might be related to the foods they are consuming but are not positive.

Following an elimination food plan is less expensive and more accurate than many blood tests and can be repeated at any time as the gut is healed.

This program includes weekly modules with in-depth resources to understand the elimination food plan as well as weekly shopping lists, meal plans, and recipes. Following completion of the 21 Day Elimination Plan there is a 4-12 week reintroduction phase.

If you have a known anaphylactic reaction to a food(s), this is not an appropriate program for you and I do not suggest reintroducing that food(s).

You will have access to the course for 90 days following purchasing it and will have messaging available to help answer questions along the way.

Topics covered will include: What is Mindful and Intuitive eating? How do you practice mindful and/or intuitive eating? Creating a regular practice that fits your lifestyle. Factors that impact digestion and how to optimize digestion. Exercises to engage all of your senses and change your relationship with food. “Homework” between sessions.

Group Program, 4 Sessions, Meets every other week for 30-60 minutes on Thursdays.
