Following an elimination food plan is less expensive and more accurate than many blood tests and can be repeated at any time as the gut is healed.
This program includes weekly modules with in-depth resources to understand the elimination food plan as well as weekly shopping lists, meal plans, and recipes. Following completion of the 21 Day Elimination Plan there is a 4-12 week reintroduction phase.
