Are you struggling with digestive issues, blood sugar, hormonal balance, and/or autoimmune issues? If so, this one on one package will help you to get to the roots of the issue(s) through diving deep into your diet, environment, lifestyle, genes, and more! Before the session even begins I will send you a comprehensive intake questionnaire and lifestyle journal to make sure during your first session we’re off to a running start.

Using a Functional and Integrative approach we’ll discuss how to optimize your wellness from the ground up.

During your first session we’ll discuss the intake questionnaire, your goals, as well how to make your “shoulds” into “musts” laying out a clear plan for the next 3 sessions which may include:

  • Functional Meal Plans and Recipes.
  • Suggestions regarding potential Functional testing and/or supplements.
  • Reducing cortisol, hunger, and cravings through improved sleep.
  • Reducing stress and balancing blood sugar through mindfulness, meditation, and joyful movement.
  • Improving digestion through a proven approach to mindful and intuitive eating, optimizing digestive enzymes, and balancing the microbiome.
  • Detoxifying your diet, environment, and lifestyle.
  • Optimizing elimination of hormone metabolites and toxins from the body to assist with healthy hormonal balance.
  • Option to purchase a Muse or Heartmath device to support your progress.

Four sessions via Zoom (or telephone) each first session 60-90 minutes, next 3 sessions 30-60 minutes each.

Sessions are spread over 12 weeks (week 1, 4, 8, 12).

Private messaging included during the 12 weeks we are working together.

Initial Package of 4 sessions: $699 (payment plan available).

Optional Ongoing Support: $599/30 minutes once monthly for 6 months
