Holistic Wellness Coaching
Wellness coaching is perfect for clients seeking self-directed and lasting change. As a coach I engage with clients to build a trusting relationship then work with them to explore their values, strengths and desires related to wellness. We then work on envisioning what those goals look like and experiment with how to put them into action. Throughout the entire process I am there for support, questions, accountability and motivation. Wellness coaching helps clients to evolve into their vision of wellness by supporting lasting change. Throughout the process I use an integrative approach considering the whole person with an emphasis on the bodies innate wisdom.

Yoga is a wonderful way to reduce stress and increase your overall sense of wellbeing.
Working one on one with an instructor can be beneficial on many levels including building confidence, meeting personal goals, going deeper into the practice, learning proper alignment for your body, and the ability to ask questions at any time. Prior to the first private lesson we will discuss any health issues, concerns, goals etc. then prior to each season I will check in with you regarding our initial conversation to make sure that we are meeting your expectations and that no new health issues have arisen.
The style of Yoga I teach is called Vinyasa yoga. Vinyasa means “to place in a special way,” which relates to this style of yoga because of how each movement is a gradual progression from one to the next. The movement is aligned and linked with the breath so that you move with each inhale and exhale. Throughout the class there is a flow from posture to posture at your pace.
