✨I'm Dr. Amy Sapola, the Director of Farmacy at The Chef's Garden.

🙌I hope to push the boundaries of what “Food as Medicine” and “Farmacy” is and how it can be applied in practice along with our team @farmerjonesfarm.

✨One of my goals is for the farmer to become part of the health and wellness team!

👩‍🌾I love working in the regenerative farming space- where we are gaining a greater understanding of the profound impact of our farming practices and how healthy soils grow healthier (more nutrient dense) plants, which nourish our bodies and benefit our planet.

💕I’m passionate about helping people achieve radiant health through reconnecting with their own intuition, nature, and deep nourishment as well as working on public health issues related to the social determinants of health, soil health, and planetary health.

✨I’m a Certified Wellness Coach, Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (IFMCP) and Doctor of Pharmacy with a B.S. in Nutrition. I have also completed a 2-year fellowship with honors in Integrative Medicine from the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine (AIHM).

🌱As a mother of two young children, a master gardener, a passionate cook, and a long-time yogi, I have an integrative approach to health and wellness both personally and professionally.
