Participating in Amy’s group program was a fantastic way to welcome spring! A wide range of topics covered were infused with Amy’s joy and enthusiasm for all things wellness. An abundance of information was offered ranging from digestion to clean routines for home and body (inside and out). Classes provided many tools and resources along with encouragement to explore new ways of moving, morning and evening routines and beautiful nourishing recipes. This program was fun, inspiring, and so informative!

Amy’s “Shake IT Off” Spring Cleanse was a great way to reset and refresh. Participating in this workshop brought joy, positive energy, and nourishing changes to my life! With the resources that Amy provided regarding – home cleaning and beauty products, nutrition, supplements, water/tea considerations, meditation, movement, and journaling prompts – I was able to try new things, develop new habits, and feel more aware of how my environment affects my body. Amy is a wealth of knowledge and presents material in such a way that allows you to adapt or adopt the practices that speak to you the most and are in alignment with your goals and priorities.
