Welcome to week 4! This is the last week in the series. This week I decided to record a meditation that I often use at the end of teaching a yoga class. It’s nice and short (just 5 minutes) but a great way to relax. It uses many of the techniques I’ve written about over the last few weeks so hopefully will bring it all together!
